Distance Club

Terms of Service

Effective June 12, 2026

Distance Club is a training app for small groups of friends. By using it you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

The service

Distance Club shows you your own training, recovery, and race readiness, and shows your pod the categories you choose to share. The service is provided as is, during an active beta, and features may change or be withdrawn.

Your account and data

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log and for keeping access to your device secure. Your data and privacy are governed by our privacy policy. You can delete your account and data at any time from within the app.

Connected services

Connecting a third-party service (such as Strava, Oura, or Withings) is optional and subject to that service's own terms. Distance Club accesses only the data you authorize and you can disconnect any service at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use Distance Club to harass others, to access data you are not authorized to see, or to interfere with the service. Pods are for people who know and trust each other.

Liability

Distance Club provides training information, not medical advice. Consult a professional before making health decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the app will tell you before the change applies.
